Lance brings over 25 years of experience in wireless communications, IoT systems, and product innovation.

 

He has held leadership roles at JMA Wireless, Gogo Business Aviation, Charter Communications, and Panasonic, while starting his career in engineering at Ericsson and Qualcomm where he developed and deployed large-scale wireless and connectivity solutions. At JMA Wireless, he leads the development of 4G and 5G products, while at Gogo he engineered high-performance satellite and terrestrial systems powering industry-leading in-flight connectivity.

 

At Vaalbara, Lance is driving the development of ORB’s core technology—building scalable, connected systems that bring real-time intelligence to the operating room.
