Position Overview

We are seeking a Surgeon Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive surgical experience and a deep understanding of clinical practices in the operating room. As a Surgeon Advisor, you will provide critical insights to guide product development, ensuring that SurgiTrack meets the needs of surgical professionals and contributes to improved patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure SurgiTrack aligns with surgical workflows and clinical requirements.

• Provide clinical expertise and feedback to inform product features, usability, and functionality.

• Participate in user testing, offering insights from a surgeon’s perspective to enhance product design.

• Serve as a liaison between Vaalbara Labs and the surgical community, fostering relationships with healthcare providers.

• Assist in the development of educational materials and resources that promote the effective use of SurgiTrack.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in surgical practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience as Perioperative Manager 

• Extensive clinical experience in a surgical setting.

• Strong understanding of surgical workflows and the importance of tool management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Interest in technology and its application in improving surgical practices is a plus.
